Karen David-Green

Karen is an Independent Director for NOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW) and PHX Energy Services Corp. (TSX: PHX), where she is a member of the Audit and Compensation & Human Resources Committees. She also serves on the board of Paragon ISG, and nonprofit Small Steps Nurturing Center. Ms. David-Green is Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and NACD Certified in Cybersecurity Oversight. With 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions on Wall Street (sell-side equity research) and as a C-Suite Executive and Officer, she delivers high-impact experience in capital markets, acquisitions and divestitures, strategy, business and cultural transformation, sustainability, risk management and marketing and communications. She earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a specialized executive certification from the University of Cambridge.
