Prior to engagement, each company must successfully complete our standard business intake and conflicts procedures, and execute an engagement letter. Baker Botts will confirm eligibility with each company individually following the competition.

During these legal consultations, a lawyer will act as your business and legal partner - available to answer specific questions you may have, identify potential risks and/or provide guidance. These legal consultations are by appointment only and that space is limited.
