Energy Tech Venture Forum (Registration Closed)
Venue - JW Marriott Downtown
The Energy Tech Venture Forum will be held at the historic JW Marriott Downtown (806 Main Street). You must be registered to attend (walk up is $425; card payment type only).
Please allow at least 30 minutes to park and check in. Since we are not on campus this year, the registration/check-in process will look a little different. We highly encourage rideshare or the light rail (You’ll be able to make the Ion your home base, hop on the rail to the venue, and return to the Ion to close out the day).

The Walker @ Main Garage is self-parking directly attached to the hotel (entrance off Walker Street). The secondary self-parking garage is the 801 Travis Garage (entrance off Rusk)

The hotel is on the rail line, at the Central Station Main stop, located at the corner of Rusk and Main St. across from Finn Hall

Valet parking is available along Rusk Street at $52 per day and $58 per day for larger vehicles (the valet drop-off is very small; expect delays)
- JW Marriott Downtown is accessible by the Rusk Tunnel Entrance from 6:00am to 6:00pm
2024 Energy Tech Venture Forum Registration Closed - Walk Up is $425
Registration is now closed for the premier venture capital and energy conference, which includes quality keynotes, educational panels, discussions and pitches from 50 emerging and successful energy ventures, networking sessions, and the Demo Day pitches for Class 4 of the Rice Alliance Clean Energy Accelerator.
Check to see if you are a Rice Alliance member or sponsor to confirm your free registration. Rice University faculty and staff can also attend for free.
We are nearly at capacity, but will accept a handful of walk-up registrations at $425. You must be registered to attend.
