Theodore Williams

Theo Williams leads the portfolio development team at Salesforce Ventures, where he works to accelerate growth for the firm’s portfolio companies by catalyzing strategic partnerships and new customer engagements. He manages the Salesforce Ventures Innovation Advisory Board and works closely with executives and leaders of Fortune 500 companies to implement emerging technologies and software.

Prior to joining Salesforce Ventures, Theo worked in multiple roles across the commercial organization of proptech startup Cadre, bolstering both the D2C and B2B sales channels during a period of rapid growth. Before Cadre, he spent multiple years in product development at Nuveen, building new financial products for the alternative investments business. Theo began his career as a development officer with the LSU Tiger Athletic Foundation, where he raised capital for athletics stadiums and scholarships.

He earned an MBA from Rice University, where he was a Robert Toigo Foundation Fellow, and a BA in Literature from Louisiana State University.
