Paul Papadelis
VP, Business Development, Koch Industries
Paul Papadelis is Vice President, Business Development, of Koch Engineered Solutions, LLC (KES). He is also a member of the board of directors for LCAMT, LLC, Genesis Robotics and Motion Technologies, ULC, and Koch Modular Plant Systems, LLC. Mr. Papadelis manages worldwide M&A activities for a group of companies that design, manufacture, and install chemical process and pollution control equipment and solutions across broad industrial sectors, and for new platforms focused on technologies in robotics and automation solutions, and electrical distribution grid and renewable energy technologies. Mr. Papadelis began his career with BFI International as a process engineer and working his way up to the Director of Engineering and co-authored white papers on enhanced combustion systems. Following the completion of his MBA, he managed business development activities for Tetra Technologies before moving on to managing the business development group at Koch Industries’ KES division, which portfolio includes manufacturing facilities and sales and engineering offices in more than 20 countries. Mr. Papadelis earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Villanova University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Rice University.
