As the Head of Partnerships & Ventures at Technip Energies, I lead the TEN corporate venture team to scout, evaluate, structure and invest in emerging technology startups and venture capital funds. I have over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, spanning advisory, engineering, EPC execution, and specialty technical services offerings. I am also a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Business in Finance from Rice University.

I am passionate about how technologies can improve energy efficiency and help us reaching net zero goals. I am a skillful business and market developer, capable of building customer relationships, generating deal flow and sourcing revenue opportunities through creating new business models and technology investing. I have led a corporate strategy program with ~300 employees worldwide to prepare the spinoff of Technip Energies, and P&L ownership and operation of Genesis Energies, a business unit that transitioned from upstream engineering to energy transition advisory. I am a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and English, and proficient in Japanese.
