ScoutBetter solves the problem of students struggling to find tech internships and full-time roles, and recruiters struggling to find suitable candidates from universities. By leveraging generative AI to eliminate the pain of traditional resume screening, connecting verified and vetted talent with top opportunities, and reducing recruiters’ time-to-hire and costs by 50%.

Inspired by a news article highlighting the alarming statistics of talented students struggling to find opportunities, we created ScoutBetter to connect students with their dream tech roles and help recruiters effortlessly discover top talent.

Through the OwlSpark program, we gained the opportunity to connect with fellow founders, share ideas, and access the best people and resources, which have been instrumental in our journey. ScoutBetter’s most remarkable achievement during the program has been seamlessly transitioning from the initial prototyping stage to the tangible development of our go-to-market (GTM) product.
