Paul Sheng, PhD

Paul is an active angel investor through Goose Capital and a Founders’ Advisor for The Engine at MIT. He was a Senior Partner with McKinsey where for 25 years he led their Global Energy and Materials practice for many years and served clients in energy across North America, Europe, Middle East/Africa and Asia. He helped shape technology strategies and new energy businesses for a number of leading energy companies. Prior to McKinsey, Paul was an Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley. Paul received his SB, SM and PhD degrees from MIT.
