As the founder and CEO of ShayoNano, I have been leading the company for over 17 years in developing and commercializing novel materials and applications for various sectors, such as environment, energy, coating, and composites. With a strong background in materials science, research and development, and commercialization, I have managed portfolios of Intellectual properties globally. 

Passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence and marketing strategies to enhance business performance and growth. Recently completed post-graduate programs in artificial intelligence for leaders from the University of Texas at Austin and business marketing strategy from Kellogg Executive Education, as well as a course in entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School. I aim to use my skills and knowledge to create high-impact solutions that address the challenges and opportunities in the industry 4.0 and beyond.

As a founder (few times) of technology commercialization, strategic planning, and talent development across Asia and the US, I am eager to contribute to the company’s growth at this pivotal inflection point. I am passionate about collaborating with innovative minds, valuing fresh perspectives not by age, but by the vibrancy of their ideas.
