Jenny Johnson

Jenny Johnson is the Head of Innovation Ecosystems at Woodside Energy, where she manages the company's global network of innovation ecosystem, research, and technology development partners to support the team's mission to "deliver sustainable solutions through technical capability and innovation." Jenny connects emerging capabilities and technologies to develop the solutions Woodside needs for the future. Before joining Woodside in 2022, she worked as an Emerging Technologies Incubation Manager at Anadarko and held various roles with increasing responsibility as a Management Consultant and Project Management Professional in the energy, retail, and government sectors. Jenny has a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio State. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, supporting the Buckeyes, and exploring her adopted hometown of Houston.
