Jen Sudduth

As the Founder and Managing Partner of Sudduth Search, Jen has over two decades of experience in executive search, working for clients within a variety of industries. Sudduth Search is a boutique search firm focused on hiring Transformational Talent; leaders who can shift the needle and drive growth or change for business. Typical clients are going through some sort of transformation; be it raising capital, restructuring, acquisition, preparing for an IPO, investment or exit, or just implementing a new business strategy. By understanding what it takes to lead, manage, and inspire in these scenarios, we are able to identify leaders who can accelerate successful growth throughout the organization. Jen received a BS in Psychology from Texas Christian University and has a PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources). She also serves on the Board of Houston Association for Corporate Growth (M&A focused organization), as Co-Chair of the TCU Alumni Business Association, and is an active investor in Portfolia as well as the TCU Investor Network. She also serves on the Regional Advisory Board of Special Olympics. Jen was recently named a "2022 Women Who Mean Business" honoree by the Houston Business Journal.
