  - Raised $6 million in equity capital and $4.4 million in non-dilutive NSF and NIH grant funds.
  - Developed, patented, and shepherded the innovative Air Barrier System device through clinical trials with partners at Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston to gain FDA clearance.
  - Managed acquisition by Mizuho OSI, Inc. in 2020
•    Former president and COO of Lone Star Medical Products, Inc. Grew company from FDA injunction (no sales permitted) to a vertically-integrated manufacturing business with 75 employees delivering $4 million in EBITDA and CAGR on sales of 23% over 14 years.
  - Managed acquisition by CooperSurgical, Inc. in 2007
