Shigeki Uchihashi is Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Venturing at JERA Americas, leading corporate strategy, innovation, digital transformation, and venture initiatives. He works closely with executive leadership to connect JERA’s global headquarters and U.S. operations, driving growth across the energy value chain. Previously, he held senior leadership roles in ICT strategy and governance at JERA, supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs. Before joining JERA, he built over 20 years of experience at IBM, Dell, Rakuten, and PERSOL. His expertise includes business strategy, organizational transformation, global program leadership, and cross-border collaboration in multinational environments.
