Raj Rapaka

Raj is a Digital Transformation Advisor within the Strategy & Innovation group at ExxonMobil ‘s Global Projects organization and has been with the firm for over 13 years. Prior to that, he was a consultant for 8 years and a commodities trader on Wall St. for 6 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance – but found his calling in step-change business transformation. He is a member of the Technology Scouting & Ventures (TSnV) group and the board chair of the Blockchain for Energy (B4E) consortium. Raj is an ardent student of business history and is passionate about recognizing, understanding, and leveraging the forces of change. He is the creator of the SELF-HELP business improvement framework, and uses his diverse background to ideate, create, advocate, and spearhead transformational initiatives.
