Mark Coalmer is Major Projects Director for Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, identifying and advancing transformative power production, direct air capture of CO2 (DAC), and related projects. Currently serving as Vice President of Projects for NET Power, he has previously evaluated climate-improving concepts for the $1B Climate Investments fund and designed and led projects around the world for Oxy as Chief Facilities Engineer and Operations Director. An avid outdoor athlete, Mark holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University
