Krishna Shivram

Krishna Shivram has over 32 years of experience spread across financial and management positions in the energy industry in the United States, Middle East, Europe and India. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of 2 public companies - Ranger Energy Services Inc (RNGR) and Allison Transmission Holdings Inc (ALSN). In addition, Mr. Shivram is a General Partner in Lavni Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in deep-tech start-ups in India and the US.

Mr. Shivram is a Managing Partner of Veritec Capital Partners, a firm focused on early-to-mid stage investments in energy efficiency and de-carbonization technologies. Mr. Shivram served as the CEO of Sentinel Energy Services Inc, a SPAC that raised $345 million of capital, from November 2017 through December 2020.

Prior to that, Mr. Shivram served as the Interim CEO of Weatherford International PLC from November 2016 through March 2017. Prior to that, he served as the CFO of Weatherford starting November 2013 for three years.

Mr. Shivram also had a 25-year tenure at Schlumberger Limited, holding positions such as VP and Treasurer, Controller and Head of M&A.

Mr. Shivram is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Mumbai University.
