John Reale

John S. Reale, Jr. (JR) is the Associate Vice President for Industry and New Ventures and the Executive Director of the Rice Alliance. His leadership shapes a culture that helps founders access advantages to build the future.

JR joins the team with an open invitation to founders, investors, corporations, accelerators, community partners, and talent to be part of this reinvigorated venture acceleration infrastructure.

A longtime leader in Houston’s startup ecosystem, JR previously co-founded Station Houston and served as a Venture Partner at the Texas Medical Center. He is also the Managing Partner of Integrated Capital, an early-stage venture firm backing category-defining companies.
