John "JR" Reale, Jr.

John S. Reale, Jr. (“JR”) is a venture investor and active leader in Houston’s innovation ecosystem. He is the founder of Integrated Capital, an early-stage venture firm that partners with entrepreneurs to build category-defining companies. JR serves as a Venture Partner with the Texas Medical Center Venture Fund. JR co-founded Station Houston, which played a central role in launching the Ion Innovation District. JR continues to support founders as an Executive-in-Residence with TMC Innovation. JR is a Lecturer on entrepreneurship and venture capital at Rice University, He also serves on multiple boards and advisory groups advancing technology and entrepreneurship. JR earned his B.S. in Finance and Investments from Babson College. JR and his wife Kim are the proud founders of their daughter, Juliana, their most important Houston-based startup!
