Brian Panoff
Head of Ventures, Americas, Shell Ventures

Brian is Head of Ventures, Americas at Shell Ventures and leads their venture efforts in the digital and mobility domains. Currently, he sits on the boards of Cumulus (quality assurance software) and Quantico (geoscience AI); is an Observer on the boards of Flair (smart home heating and cooling), Sense Labs (home energy monitoring), and Spiffy (on-demand vehicle services); and is on the Advisory Boards of Greentown Labs and Global Corporate Venturing ("GCV"). Brian has more than two decades of experience as both a financial investor and as a member of four corporate venture capital programs, including with Siemens Venture Capital and more than a decade with Granite Ventures, the venture capital arm of Hambrecht & Quist and manager of the corporate venture programs of Adobe Systems and Texas Instruments. Brian is a graduate of Harvard College with a degree in economics, and remains involved with the school as a mentor, Co-Chair of the Friends of Harvard Track, and enthusiastic photographer.
