Brian Lee

Brian Lee is a partner in Baker Botts’ Corporate Practice and serves as Partner in Charge of the firm’s California offices. He also leads the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice.

Brian advises venture capital, growth capital and private equity firms, early and growth-stage companies and investment banks, across a broad range of industries, domestically and internationally. His practice centers on emerging companies / venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and general company representation. Before rejoining the firm in 2025, Brian served as a managing director at BRV Capital.
