Today, every company is an energy company as they engage with ESG obligations, decarbonization, clean fuel standards, changing technology and evolving consumer demands, but few are ready for the challenge.  Andy works with countries, companies, and communities to understand this changing landscape of technology capabilities and regulatory demands to create the business models and solutions to help them thrive in the Energy Transition.  From roadmaps to capital strategies, from technology innovation projects to infrastructure innovation Andy helps companies meet their commitments to their changing role in the changing energy ecosystem.  

Prior to Baker Tilly Andy worked broadly across the changing energy industry including venture scouting and incubation of early stage energy-tech firms, collaboration with private equity firms to identify and create large capital projects, and leadership of Smart Energy teams for PwC and Capgemini.  Working around the globe, Andy has led a wide range of energy transformation and advisory programs in the US, Canada, South America, China India and Europe for with commercial entities, regulators, investor owned utilities, T&D, retail/wholesale and generation/storage firms as well as traditional oil, gas and chemical firms.  Andy is an entrepreneur, venture capital leader and IPO survivor with deep skills in capital transactions and M&A and is an active angel investor.
