We have been hard at work this summer, and we want to show off our awesome founders! Meet the startups in Class 11 of OwlSpark and Class 2 of BlueLaunch. Our #FounderSpotlightSeries continues with Archway Family Medicine from Rice University BlueLaunch!

Direct Primary Care is an exploding model in the country to tackle this growing problem of being rushed through appointments, needing more time to dive into meaningful discussions and create customized health plans. It allows me to practice medicine as I feel it should, which is simply always in the patient's interest.

This program has been instrumental in helping me articulate the many thoughts and emotions I have surrounding my clinic in a way that others can understand and share in that passion. The most significant accomplishment thus far in BlueLaunch is developing a more robust marketing and branding plan to help my audience better understand how I can meet their needs.

Fun fact, the name Archway was inspired by the Sallyport at Rice University, a beautiful representation of entering a new stage of your life's journey. We hope patients experience this in their health when they join our clinic.
